Great grip and texture, with fine tannins. A fantastic blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc. The Cabernet Franc, from a single vineyard in Sonoma Valley, is from 80 year old, head trained, dry farmed vines. Aged 21 months in 30% new French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered." 140 cases made.
