SMS Terms

Program Description
Wine Country Connection, LLC offers optional SMS/text messaging programs, including transactional messages (such as one-time login codes, order confirmations, and shipment status updates) and, where separately opted into, promotional messages about new releases, offers, and events. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Wine Country Connection related to the program you joined. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency: up to 5 messages per month, which may vary based on order quantity.
Unsubscribe (STOP)
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After texting STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you would like to receive messages again, sign up as you did the first time, or contact us as described below.
Support (HELP)
For assistance, text HELP to the number you received messages from, or contact us at daniel@winecountryconnection.net. We will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency is up to 5 messages per month and may vary based on order quantity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent or received in connection with our SMS program(s). You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving text messages, including SMS and data charges.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age (and at least 21 years of age for any alcohol-related communications) to participate in our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Privacy
For information about how we collect, use, and protect your mobile number and other personal information in connection with our SMS program, please see our Privacy Policy. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
