More than 100 crus across Champagne and all three principal varieties come together in a multi-vintage blend, backed by at least 30% reserve wines. Behind Cuvée 1785 is a library of more than 150 reserve wines, kept separately by cru and aged on their fine lees. Chief Winemaker Émilien Boutillat draws from that collection to shape the final blend, which then spends 24 months on the lees, allowing those elements to settle into the House’s fresh, harmonious style. The finished wine is fresh, vibrant, and elegant. It carries the polish of a historic Champagne house without needing a historic occasion.
