Winery Note: THE WINE The v2025Les Cent - literally, theone hundred in reference to 100% stem inclusion - represents the most comprehensive expression of this eastern facing slope on the Laguna Ridge, perched high above the Russian River watershed. A true reflection of our modern aspirations, the wines offers a core of lean, bracing acidity, ample aromatics, and complex fruit. VINEYARD NOTES This 12-acre vineyard is comprised of six different pinot noir clones grown in highly regarded Goldridge soil. The largest section of the vineyard, which slopes down toward the Santa Rosa Laguna is planted with notable Dijon clones including 667, 777, 115, 828, and 943. Les Cent is comprised entirely of the ethereal and complex 667 block. VINTAGE NOTES The 2025 Russian River Valley vintage was shaped by a mild, steady season with no major heat events, allowing our Pinot Noir to ripen slowly while retaining bright acidity. Cool coastal influence preserved freshness and aromatic detail, while the long growing window built concentration, balance, and clarity of fruit. WINEMAKING NOTES The clone 667 selection was fermented in a single open-top stainless-steel vessel. Gentle punch-downs followed with a brief maceration period. Maintained at moderate temperatures until dry, basket-pressed, and racked to 22% new French oak barrels for 12 months.
