It tempers Sauvignon Blanc’s natural brightness with texture and breadth, adding weight to the mid-palate with subtle notes of beeswax and depth. The blend shifts the wine away from simple aromatics and toward structure, reinforcing its long, mineral finish. Eight months of sur lie aging in a combination of new and neutral French oak alongside stainless steel refines the frame without muting the fruit. This is Sauvignon Blanc built with aging in mind.
