The vineyard itself belongs to an earlier chapter in California winemaking. That continuity gives the wine a solid foundation, linking it directly to a more traditional farming style that has largely disappeared. This foundation lets Rebekah Wineburg do what she does best: step back. After years working at estates like Rudd, Staglin, Ornellaia, and Quintessa, she brings real experience to the process, but she uses it with restraint—protecting the wine’s character, so that what defines the vineyard comes through clearly from start to finish.
