This Pinot Noir showcases the classic characteristics of the grape, offering delicate and layered flavors with notes of red berries, cherry, and rhubarb, complemented by a subtle earthiness and a silky finish. In the cellar, the wine underwent fermentation in a combination of 85% stainless steel open tops, 6% concrete open tops, and 9% wood open top tanks. It was then aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, with 42% new oak, 20% once-used oak, 35% several-times-used oak, and 3% in wood tanks.
