2020 HANZELL SEBELLA SONOMA COAST PINOT NOIR "Reminiscent of many wines I've enjoyed from Burgundy, the Hanzell Sebella Pinot Noir 2020 is light-to-medium bodied with a transparent ruby color that is at the opposite end of the spectrum from anything considered deep and inky. It begins with a fresh nose that includes red pie cherries, rhubarb, cola bean, white flowers, hints of fresh rosemary, and sassafras. On the palate, it is a classic Pinot Noir that is bright and pretty with elegant flavors of cotton-candied red fruits and subtle baking spices combined with crisp acidity, along with a slight saline quality that draws you in.
