“An intriguing Chablis from old vines made with some extra lees ageing in old casks which has added an additional layer of complexity to the vibrant, fresh, concentrated citrus fruit characters on the palate. The standard Chablis is 'classique' and this Vieilles Vignes bottling takes the wine to another level. Plenty of precision and potential for ageing here. Drinking Window 2021 - 2026.”
