More About 2019 JUSLYN VINEYARDS SPRING MOUNTAIN ESTATE CABERNET SAUVIGNON Achieving an ideal balance of powerful mountain fruit and elegance earned through careful handling in the cellar, Juslyn Vineyards Estate Cabernet Sauvignon offers a faultless interpretation of the winery's high-elevation vineyard on Spring Mountain. Calling on more than a decade of experience interning at BV, Plumpjack, Opus One, and winemaking at Freemark Abbey and Atalon, UC Davis grad Brian Kosi guides this wine from grape to bottle, perfectly encapsulating the richness of the 2019 vintage. Aged in primarily new oak, the 2019 Estate Cabernet is around 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, heightened with small amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot from the Estate Vineyard. The resulting wine is "full-bodied, dense and rich," as referenced by Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate.
