“The 2016 Petit Chablis has a pretty bouquet with hints of praline complementing the citrus fruit, light smoky aromas emerging with further aeration. The palate is well balanced with a fine line of acidity, quite powerful on the backpalate with a hint of mango and passion fruit towards the finish. Quite an ambitious Petit Chablis and you know, it just about pulls it off.”
