Following two years of immersion in International Studies in Paris, a compelling desire to reconnect with her origins led her to embrace Enology studies at the esteemed University of Dijon. In 1989, Françoise partnered with a wine producer in Montagny-les-Buxy, where she delved into the intricate art of planting and nurturing vines and traditional production methods, leading her to purchase the estate in 2004. Renowned for cultivating exceptional Chardonnay that authentically reflects its terroir, "Les Jardins" is a Premier Cru parcel on a south-facing slope in Montagny with excellent drainage and optimal sun exposure. This wine undergoes fermentation in thermoregulated vats, followed by a nuanced aging process on the lees for eight months before bottling. This meticulous craftsmanship culminates in a superb representation of Montagny wines, showcasing the region's signature refined aromatics, distinct wet stone minerality, and invigorating freshness.
