Aaron produced Scarrow from hillside vines in Paso Robles, formed by the vintage and composed to allow the land to speak for itself, determining the blend's components each year. The 2021 Blend is comprised of Touriga Nacional, Mourvèdre, and Syrah aged 30 months in 30% new French and Hungarian oak, giving soft, silky tannins with beautiful baking spice notes and symphonic complexity.
