Weston apprenticed with mentors Jason Moore of Modus Operandi and Russell Bevan, determined to learn everything he could about winemaking. Setting out to create a brand highlighting impressive terroirs through minimal intervention winemaking, Weston discovered a vineyard uniquely positioned in the hills below Howell Mountain. He calls this wine Cygnet, and checking in at 96% Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, this full-bodied powerhouse of a wine spent 22 months in Oak and is drinking brilliantly right now, promising years of enjoyment.
