More About 2021 Di Co by Di Costanzo Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Erin and Massimo Di Costanzo created the Di Costanzo brand after realizing the wine world is growing interested in wines made from small, passionate, family-owned Napa Valley wineries. Massimo gained experience working harvests worldwide, from Tignanello in Tuscany, Clos de Los Siete in Argentina, and Adi Badenhorst in South Africa. Massimo's wife, Erin, garnered her expertise as a Certified Sommelier in New York City and as the Wine Director at PRESS in St Helena, which led Massimo to Ovid, Screaming Eagle, and Atelier Melka, gaining further experience in winemaking. The DI CO label is crafted for earlier enjoyment and exceeded expectations for this vintage. The Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from two vineyards, one at the foothills of Mt Veeder in the Oak Knoll AVA and the other in Coombsville, showcases the same power and concentration as their single-vineyard wines, a testament to DI CO's exceptional quality.
