2021 BLUE FARM SONOMA COAST PINOT NOIR Blue Farm is a boutique Pinot Noir brand founded by the acclaimed viticulturist and winemaker Anne Moller-Racke, who arrived in Sonoma from Germany in 1981. Before establishing Blue Farm, Anne gleaned priceless experience working with André Tchelistcheff and built an impressive reputation as one of California's premier Pinot Noir producers with Donum Estate. Anne operates Blue Farm under the guiding principle that vineyards make great wines, and she places a high value on farming and cultivating a connection to the land. The 2021 vintage provided low yields of superb-quality, pristine fruit. The Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is a new addition to Blue Farm's offerings highlighting the coastal region with a supple blend from their vineyards stretching along the Pacific. WINERY NOTES: This wine is supple, black raspberry, pomegranate and dusty plum. The integrated but firm tannins are soened by great extract. This is a delicious Pinot Noir from the coast.
