The full-bodied palate is electric with tension and energetic red and black fruit layers, supported by fine-grained tannins, finishing long and minerally. 546 cases were made."”

This celebrated vineyard, consistently lauded for its exceptional wines of profound character, sets the stage for the remarkable 2021 Baker & Hamilton Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. Crafted by the legendary winemaker Françoise Peschon, whose tenure at Araujo Estate (1993-2013) is etched in winemaking history, this exquisite expression captures the essence of Oakville's premier terroir. Emerging from several years of drought, 2021 presented a unique challenge. Reduced soil moisture and smaller canopies, coupled with remarkably temperate weather, yielded a beautifully concentrated harvest. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, meticulously aged for 23 months in 85% new French oak, promises a rich and complex profile with exceptional aging potential.
