Comprising just six percent of Burgundy's vineyards, Aligoté, until recently, had primarily been employed in creating the aperitif Kir. The fruit sourcing for the 2021 vintage comes from 25 to 40-year-old vines planted in Auxey-Duresses, a region known for its high-quality vineyards.
