Châteauneuf-du-Pape is notorious for its large, round pebbles that absorb the sun's energy, radiating warmth throughout the night, allowing the grapes to achieve ideal ripeness and incredible complexity. "Les Cailloux" gets its name from the pebbles. The 2020 Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine blends 70% Grenache with Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault from sixty-year-old vines.
