Sourced from two exclusive vineyards in St. Helena and Oakville, this wine has been meticulously aged for 18 months in French oak. Winery Note: The 2019 vintage of our Double Eagle Red made by Philippe and Maayan was produced from grapes sourced from two very exclusive vineyard sites in St. Helena and Oakville. The grapes were vinified individually by block to maximize the individual character of each vineyard in the final blend. The lots were fermented in stainless steel tanks with an average of 22 days on the skins before aging for 18 months in French oak.
