2018 DOMAINE BARAT "VAILLONS" PREMIER CRU CHABLIS
Tasting Notes: "A markedly more floral-suffused nose reflects notes of white pepper, pear and oyster shell. The tighter and more precise middle weight flavors exude more evident minerality on the notably drier and more complex finale. This is really quite good and a wine that should drink well young as well as with 3 to 5 years of bottle age."
