2017 DIEGO PRESSENDA LANGHE NEBBIOLO Importer's Notes: "Nose of fresh red fruits and red flowers. Elegant and well balanced on the palate, with pure flavors of bright dusty red fruits, roasted meats and herbs. The tannic structure on this wine is stunning, and will age beautifully. From a vineyard at the top of the hill about 500 meters in height, facing west, in light soils that are less calcareous and rockier, providing a minerality that is quite apparent. Macerated for ten days before spending 12 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. From vines planted in 1997. Average production/hectare is 50 hectoliters."
