The aroma offers complex layered aromas of ripe dark plum and strawberries, dark chocolate, and a savory hint of bay and toasted almonds. The palate shows a bright red-fruit driven entry with very linear tannin presentation, elegant structure and good density. It has a rich dark berry mid-palate, and an enduring finish that is both rich and bright with just a touch of barrel sweetness."
