2013 DARMS LANE RUSSIAN RIVER PINOT NOIR Winery Notes: "Each vineyard lot was fermented in open top tanks utilizing both punch downs and pumpovers to obtain the desired level of extraction from the fruit. The wine went to barrel with some yeast lees that were stirred every 2 weeks for the first 5 months of aging to add body and complexity. The 2013 vintage was filtered at bottling." Tasting Notes: "Supple and graceful, our 2013 Pinot Noir displays fresh aromas of raspberry, red cherry with touches of clove and cinnamon. Notably rich, the palate is plush and smooth with layered notes of cherry, cranberry, cigar box and caramel."
