Each cluster is triple hand sorted, individual blocks are then fermented separately and native yeasts are used to create a Pinot Noir that allows our vineyard to express its own unique terroir. On the nose, notes of blackberry and cherry are complemented by toast and vanilla with a hint of spice. On the palate, ripe fruit flavors give way to a rich mouth feel, supple tannins and a finish that displays great length and clarity. Drink now through 2024."
