Fast Shipping and Transit Times

We pride ourselves on providing fast, accurate, and reliable shipping. Most orders placed by noon Pacific Time ship the same day, contingent upon favorable weather conditions, weekends, and holidays.

For addresses east of the Rockies, we recommend selecting our 2-Day shipping service during warmer months to ensure quicker delivery. When temperatures are less favorable, we take a cautious approach by avoiding weekend shipments or holding orders until conditions are safe for transit.

Our warehouse operates on weekdays and is closed on weekends and most holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Estimated Ground Transit Times

• California: 1–2 days
• Western States (AZ, NV, OR, WA): 2–3 days
• Mountain West (CO, ID, MT, NM, WY): 3–4 days
• Eastern & Central States: 5–7 days
• Hawaii & Alaska: 7–10 days

Temperature-Sensitive Shipping

Wine is a living product sensitive to heat. During warmer months (May–September), we strongly recommend upgrading to 2-Day or Overnight shipping for destinations east of the Rockies:

• Above 88°F: 2-Day shipping recommended
• Above 94°F: Overnight shipping strongly recommended

If you need your shipment to arrive on a specific date, simply include a note in the customer notes section at checkout.

If you are unsure whether you will be available to sign for delivery, you may request shipment to the nearest hold location by leaving a note at checkout.

Prefer to pick up your wine in person? We offer pickup at our Santa Rosa and Yountville locations. Select the “Hold – Build-a-Case” option at checkout and include a note with your preferred location and pickup timing.

States We Cannot Ship To

Due to state liquor regulations, we are currently unable to ship wine to Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Customers in these states may use our “Hold — Build-a-Case” option for in-store pickup.
