Winemaker Notes: "This is a classic expression of Garys' Pinot Noir with bright fruit, smooth structure, and a deep, leathery, earthy character. Dark wood, cherry and hints of strawberry build into cherry cola with the herbal spice of tobacco and olive, and then expand further to include elements of black cherry, blackberry, and mushroom. All of this comes together in textured layers and extends through a long, dense, yet bright fruit finish sheathed in wood and leather."
