Winery Notes: “An elegant nose of flint and dried flowers precede the slightest trace of toasted oak. Slightly leaner than its counterpart, hints of botanicals play with soft layers of citrus that pleasingly coat the palate. This food – versatile Chardonnay will pair well with rich, earthy sauces (think curry) and seasonings with its apricot, sage and baking spice finish. Expect Red Hen to continue to evolve, though it shines in the present with an array of savory fare.”
