Leto’s 2018 Sauvignon Blanc offers a vivid interpretation of Calistoga terroir, and they sourced it from a tiny, dry-farmed vineyard, where winter rains are the sole source of irrigation. The vines yield just 1 3/4 tons per acre of pristine Sauvignon Blanc fruit, and the wine offers detailed lime peel, nectarine, grapefruit, and rocky minerals.
