2016 QUINTESSA “ILLUMINATION” SAUVIGNON BLANC

Created from select sites in Southern Napa Valley and Sonoma County as well as two biodynamically farmed vineyard blocks, from the winery’s Estate vineyard in Rutherford, the grapes were gently crushed on the winery roof and make their way to the fermentation room below, utilizing a gravity-flow method.  Shining bright the moment the wine enters the glass and following through with focused passion fruit, honeyed melon, orange blossom and fresh guava.  This wine guaranteed to brighten any occasion this Fall.
