2015 HUMANITAS “GEORGE’S VINEYARD” SAUVIGNON BLANC

Incredibly pure and sensual across the palate, with a gorgeous weight and an almost viscous texture, the new Humanitas George’s Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is absolutely brilliant.  Expertly composed by winemaker Rob Lloyd, former winemaker at Rombauer, the 2015 erupts from the glass with a melange of honeyed melons, sweet floral, exotic mangos, marmalade and touch of spice.  Dazzling your taste buds into euphoria, this is one of the best domestic Sauvignon Blancs that I’ve tasted this year, and I highly recommend a case.
