2015 CHATEAU BOSWELL "ABSOLUTELY ELOISE" PINOT NOIR, RADIAN VINEYARD
Winery Notes: "One half of the former Rancho Salsipuedes property is called the “Radian” Vineyard. This vineyard is known for its “Pinot Bowl” in which a constant swirling wind keeps the vineyard at a cooler temperature despite its more southerly location. The resulting Pinot Noir is deep in color and dense with fruit and spice characteristics, but maintains great acidity giving a full mouthfeel. On the finish, fruit couples with minerality to draw the flavor deep into your palate. One can almost taste a bit of the ocean air that keeps this vineyard cool despite the bright sun that is always shining on it."
