2014 SOJOURN “SONOMA COAST” PINOT NOIR
$39.00 $39.00
Rapidly rising to the top of the qualitative hierarchy for Domestic Pinot Noir, Sojourn Cellars recently earned a stellar 94 Point score from the Pinot Report, highlighting the wine’s “awesome value” and securing a spot in the “outstanding” category with the “Make Room in the Cellar!” designation. Truly a vintage not-to-be-missed, Robert Parker’s recent article which focused primarily on Sonoma wines indicates that 2014 may even be slightly superior to 2013 for Sonoma Valley.
A labyrinth of eight unique lots, produced from Sonoma Coast vineyards ranging from Occidental to the Petaluma Gap, including famous sites like, Gap’s Crown, Sangiacomo, Rodgers Creek and Riddle. At a fraction of the cost of the single vineyard Pinot Noirs from the above-mentioned vineyards, the 2014 Sonoma Coast Pinot is clearly an impressive value. With the recent 94 Point review, I don’t expect this beauty to be available for long.
