2014 FEL “ANDERSON VALLEY” PINOT NOIR
$38.00 $38.00
A new project destined for success, the brainchild of Cliff Lede, who is widely recognized for producing high-scoring red wines from Napa Valley’s Stags Leap District. This new project is a tour de force in California’s distinguished Anderson Valley AVA. After acquiring Breggo Cellars, Lede also purchased the renowned Savoy Vineyard, which was previously used to produce single vineyard wines from notables such as Adrian Fog, Barnett and Littorai to list a few. Here’s a rare opportunity to get in on the initial release and enjoy this Pinot Noir at truly down-to-earth price, before the rest of the world catches on.
Fashioned from several of Anderson Valley’s top sites, including Donnelly Creek, Savoy, and Ferrington Vineyards, before being expertly guided from vine to bottle by talented winemaker Ryan Hodgins, who was previously the assistant winemaker for Hanzell Vineyards…

2014 FEL "ANDERSON VALLEY"
Winery Notes: "The aromatics this wine are bright with sweet notes of black cherry, pomegranate, boysenberry, and truffle. Hints of cinnamon, caraway, and toast are reflective of both Anderson Valley’s spice driven terroir, and the extended aging in French oak barrels. In the mouth, the wine is loaded with rich flavors of dark fruit, cocoa, and spice. The palate is refined with pleasant acidity and elegant tannins that continue to unfold after the last sip. This is a generous wine that will continue to evolve and drink well for at least half a decade."
