2013 SANS LIEGE “THE OFFERING”
$27.99 $27.99
Inspired by Southern France, Sans Liege’s Rhone styled blend The Offering commanded national attention when an earlier vintage ranked #34 in the world on the 2011 Wine Spectator Top 100. A thrilling merger, dominated by Grenache and bolstered with Syrah and Mourvedre, comes roaring out of the gate with a glorious bouquet bursting with vibrant red fruits, black raspberries, crushed violets and plum. Sporting an irresistibly plump and rich texture that’s thread with vibrant red fruits, creme de cassis, juicy blackberries, savory spices, and vanilla bean… this is one of the winery’s best vintages of The Offering yet!
Emerging from top vineyards located in California’s iconic Santa Barbara County… this beloved blend spends an impressive 22 months in barrel and blossoms for more than a year in bottle before release. The 2013 has already earned an impressive 91 Point score from Robert Parker, if you’re searching for a unique and delicious blend to share with your friends and family this year… This is it.

2013 SANS LIEGE "THE OFFERING"
From Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate, "The 2013 The Offering checks in as a blend of 45% Grenache, 36% Syrah, 18% Mourvedre and a splash of Viognier, all of which spent 22 months in mostly neutral barrels. It's another upfront, charming, fruit-loaded and full-bodied effort from Curt that has lots of ripe black fruits, pepper and spice on both the nose and palate. It opens up nicely with time in the glass and is a Chateauneuf du Pape look-alike to enjoy over the coming 5-6 years." 91 Points
