The story doesn’t stop there…  During tillage, Aaron unearthed a cast iron harvest ghost from the 1800’s, which is pictured on the front label of his inaugural 2012 release.  Kept for 24 months in barrel, the 2012 is absolutely gorgeous right now.   With Mouvedre contributing to the voluptuous mouthfeel and Syrah adding deep, earthy flavors, the blend really becomes unique with 20% Touriga Nacional, which provides backbone and terrific spice qualities.
