Farmed sustainably, with terroir on the front lines, Galius’s eleven hectares of half-century-year-old vines grown in clay-limestone soils produce fruit with intense minerality and penetrating focus. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks for freshness and polished by 15 months in oak, the blend is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, with Merlot contributing rich, supple approachability and Cab Franc adding floral characteristics and heightened refinement.
