Steadfast on conveying the soul of their twelve-hectare Tuscan Vineyard, Poggio del Moro isolated the microflora of their grapes, pulling natural yeast directly from the skins, offering a very site-specific representation of their Estate. Their team’s eco-friendly approach in the field and cellar results in natural wines of distinction that are a joy to drink.

Poggio Del Moro’s twelve-hectare vineyard is divided into micro-plots, separated by soil, climatic exposition, and sunlight orientation, determining the rootstock and Clonal selection best fitted to maximize fruit quality.

Marrying equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Sangiovese, Poggio Del Moro’s winemaking team hand selects the fruit in the vineyard and again at the winery. They gently press and ferment in small oak barrels for 12 months, balancing the tannins and extracting flavor.
