Tasting Notes: “Medium dark ruby color with a tight earthy bouquet. I let the wine set for over 30 minutes before tasting to allow it to open up. Beautiful tones of soft earth, blackberries, dark cherries, and lush oak. Once I finally tasted this beauty my patience was rewarded with an amazing lady (Sister Moon). Well balanced body with long legs that slowly slide down the sides of the glass.
