Tasting Notes:  "Aromas of fresh herbs, white flowers and citrus that cuts through the malden sea salt minerality.  Cascades of lemon/lime peel, chalk and wet stones mingle with hints of green apple peel on a weightless palate.  Full forward fruit that is perfectly ripe and fresh with sea brine, wet limestone and with a zingy grapefruit finish.
