Winery Notes: "Even subtle differences in growing conditions can strongly influence a wine's character. As the second site where we have planted Chardonnay vineyards, beautiful Santa Barbara County is slightly warmer than the Santa Lucia Highlands. At harvest we pick the grapes a little earlier, creating a wine with natural acidity and crispness. This wine offers the lush flavor of apricots and has a luxurious round mouth feel."
