It was fermented using a combination of stainless steel and French oak, which helped highlight the underlying mineral character and exotic personality of this terrific Chardonnay. It’s already earned an impressive 93 point score and a gold medal.  With just over 300 cases produced, it will certainly go quickly. I strongly recommend securing a case or two… You’ll be glad you did.
