Mitch Cosentino has been making wine for over 40 years, and his level and depth of knowledge and experience are exponential. 2021 was the first release of his Brut Sparkling Rosé, which scored 98 points, Gold, and Best of Class from the Los Angeles International Wine Competition.

This 100% Sangiovese sparkling wine releases a sensational bouquet of aromas and flavors unique to the spicy, vibrant variety brought forward by a single-stream fermentation method. Midway through fermentation, Mitch transferred the partially fermented juice into a custom pressure-controlled tank, retaining a remarkable fruit intensity, balance, and freshness.
