2018 CARTE BLANCHE BECKSTOFFER MISSOURI HOPPER VINEYARD CABERNET SAUVIGNON
$150.00 $150.00
Nicholas Allen’s great-grandfather, Clarence Dillon, acquired the legendary Chateau Haut-Brion in 1935. Nicholas grew up in a family with a thirst for fine wines leading him to create Nicholas Allen Wines & the Carte Blanche brand in 2007. His goal was to produce superior old-world-styled wines in California, so he turned to well-respected viticulturist and winemaker Luc Morlet to help him select vineyards with a precise sense of place.
Helen Keplinger joined Carte Blanche as their winemaker in 2014, bringing extensive experience ranging from apprenticeships at Paradigm and Fiddlehead Cellars in Australia to making wine for Cellers Melis in Priorat, Spain, then Bryant Family Vineyards in Napa Valley. Helen’s commitment to developing exceptional wines from grapes grown on some of the world’s finest terroirs is highly apparent with this exceptional triple 97 Point 2018 Carte Blanche Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
