Winery Notes: "On the nose, bright cassis, cherries, chocolate coveredstrawberries, smoked bacon fat, pencil shavings, wet earth, hints of dried bay leaves, cardamom, fennel and finishes withaccents of floral aromatics. Flavors of sweet red fruits, smoke, cigarbox, dried spice rub, anise seed, cinnamon and other baking spices with loads of dark chocolate on the end. Being a classic StagsLeap District Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is very plush with great density and layers of richness across the finish."
