$48.00 $48.00
If you’ve tasted any California Cabs recently from the 2012 vintage, you might have noticed that many have developed into something extra special. Made evident in the 2012 Arbor Bench Cabernet which draws you in with a fully developed and hedonistic bouquet of majestic blackberries, black plum, sweet vanilla and savory undertones. Tasted alongside Cabernet Sauvignons in the $47-$50.99 range at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, this delightful wine earned a Silver Medel.
Created by veteran winemaker Christopher Markell, who’s nearly four decades of winemaking experience shines bright in this Cabernet Sauvignon. Peaking from 22 months in French oak and sourced and made from 100% Estate grown fruit, it saturates your taste buds in brilliantly expressive, yet supple flavors of sweet black fruits, dark chocolate, white flowers, and baking spices. This wine is irresistible now, yet will age gracefully for another half decade.

Tasting Notes: “Alluring aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, milk chocolate, crème de cassis and Mediterranean herbs flow elegantly from the glass. On the palate, notes of black cherry, plum, baking spices and vanilla are complemented with dusty tannins and rich supple flavors.”
